Delete Your Astra Account

You can request deletion of your Astra account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to astraappsupport@gmail.com using the email address associated with your Astra account.

Please include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.

What will be deleted

We will delete your Astra account and the personal data associated with your account, including account information and data stored for your Astra account, subject to any data we are legally required to retain.

Processing time

We will process your deletion request and delete eligible data within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
